Notice the loose black wire, yes it connect to the ground at the Trim Sensor.
But notice there is No wire coming from the Interupt Switch to the Ign Coil.

On the Fuel tank you need to remove that copper line totally. If it is in contact with the top of the aluminum fuel tank, it can corrode the aluminum. The fuel hoses looks like they need to be replaced.

For the switches you could go to a local marina shop. I replaced all of mine
Toggles lite up, also a USB and power outlet. Make sure their waterproof.
