Mine is set up like the one in the picture with a rocker arm type shift lever. I just pull the quick clip on the cable end and switched it over to the other side. With a little adjustment I was back on the water.
Just bought a 1988 Sea Ox walkaround 20 footer with a blown 150 mercury. I have a 1999 225 Mercury outboard on the way. I would guess Prop pitch is going to need to change drastically. I think it has 15x19 on it right now. Anybody running a 225 EFI on a boat this size? It weighs about 2950 dry...
Does anyone out there in iboat land have any pictures of a Cadillac Lido? I have a 15ft Lido that I am slowing bringing back from the dead. There has to be another out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally have my 1957 35hp Lark purring like a kitten. It is mounted on a 1957 16ft Cadillac aluminum boat. Scale puts the boats weight at about 480lbs with the battery in it and motor mounted. What pitch prop should I run on this setup for some speed and what kind of speed have people seen...
