    unilite distributor

    i just installed a new unilite distributor on my maxum 2300scr with a re-powered vortec 350 from marine power, now i'm wondering where to hook up my cut out switch wire. does it go to the positive or negative side of the coil ?

    need right prop

    i have a 92 maxum 2300scr which weighs around 6000lbs when loaded. it has a 1 year old marine power 350 merc. with alpa1 outdrive,i have a ss vengance prop which is a 15 pitch, my problem is holeshot is very slow and top speed is 34mph at 4300rpm.even with my trim tabs down its very sluggish...
