I just bought and older model ranger boat (First Boat) with a '63 model 40hp Johnson. First time I put it in the water I realized the prop was spun. I bought another prop and as soon as I put it in the water it spun too. Any idea what would cause it to keep spinning the prop? Thanks in advance...
