I recently bought a 290 duoprop to replace my 280 sp. this is powered by a 350. They say it is a totally different experience. Can anyone tell me what I can expect?
I have 84 aq260 with a 290dp in a 19' tempest bowrider. I recently replaced the Rochester 4bbl carb, and installed a new electronic ignition system on it. I've been told that a K&N flame arrestor would be a good idea as well. And that it would add a bit more hp. Would it? Or will it be a waste...
What engine is the volvo 260? It is a red block. I think its a chevy 350 but not sure. I need a new carbruetor and not sure what to buy any ideas? Please help
