I just got a Sea King 35hp outboard for my 1988 NMZ fiberglass boat, and when it was wired i was unable to get the engine to turn over by using the ignition, I've double checked the wiring and everything looks to be wired correctly, and i've checked the battery (even used a marine deep charge)...
