I have a 88 Mariner magnum 150 II that starts fine and idles.Then it has a nice bog until I get above 2400 rpm. If I feather the throttle it will gain rpm but if I mash it will hit 2100 and stay. I have checked compression and all are sitting at 115. I have cleaned the carbs and checked the vent...
