    Exhaust steam

    I have a 2000 Tiara 3100 open with twin Crusader 454s. At 3000 plus rpm the exhaust puts out a pretty large amount of white steam. My local dealer repair shop says this is normal as long as engine temp is good seems excessive to me. Any thoughts?
