How do you tighten the seawater pump

I have a 88 7.4 and I took the seawater pump off and inspected it and put it back on and I noticed the belt is really loose. How do I go about tightening the belt? There is no pulley or idler, it hooks straight to the balancer pulley.

    Protester prop question.

I have a prop that says protesti on it. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get new plugs for it? There are plugs on the side that help with cavitation and planeing issues but 2 of the 3 are missing. If I knew who made it I could contact the mfg for them.
