    what is a "linc n sinc"

    Just so I know I'm on the same page here, I am a boat guy, (self trained), I just don't know what the terms are. I would "assume" that it means syncing the timing with the throttle and ignition. Is this right? No I'm not to lazy to do a Google search, just want to get an answer from the pros.
