If an old outboard turns over, but is not so smooth to pull start, what does this mean? i haven't tried to start it. i was going to just use the electric start.
i have a 57 evinrude big twin that needs ONE crucial part. it is a little plastic cog that cracked in half. it goes on the end of the rod that you turn to control the throtle. any ideas on where i could find one of these?
