Hello, i am wondering what direction to put my thermostats in my 115 , 1981 johnson, there were none in there when i got the motor and i orderd a kit and mounting plate for the thermostats and want to make sure i put them in the right direction, please help, Thank you

The kit came with some spacers that you put between the front and rear skin so that the transom comes out thick enough,other that that no braces,the shape pretty much stayed good enough however when i did the transom 11 years ago after removing the old transom the rear skin...

Unfortunately i do not have pic's of me actually pouring, but i can take some of the finished transom, so far it feels very strong but the true test will be when i take her out and throttle her up on plane
