This is where I would like to have a hatch iserted to hold the trolling motor batteries. There current location is to the left and right of the fuel tank in the back of the boat. I would like to relocate them to help center some weight for shallow water fishing...

Seems like the foam under the deck is still dry but I do see alot of rot that will need to be removed
So here we go, i started with removing the carpet from the deck.
Under the console I find the wood to be completly rotted out
