    confused. old evinrude 3hp

    my old evinrude 3 h motor has the lower cylinder blocked off. bolt and rubber plug are in spark plug hole and under flywheel where points and cond. and coil should be there is nothing. all of these parts are there for top cyl. is this some previous owner bypassing a dead cyl? or wanting to use...

    old evinrude please help id

    bought a small boat with old evinrude motor. trying to find out model, etc. for parts and restoring it if possible. any help would be greatly appreciated. serial number is 3012-37360.
