I have a 2010 Mercury 15hp 4 stroke and it wont crank unless the choke is out. If i push the choke in it dies. If I leave the choke out for about 30 minutes and let the engine just idle I eventually can push the choke in and have it run. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Finally got it to crank but it wont stay running. It has alot of blue smoke coming from it and the only way I can run it is if i keep pulling the choke out just before it stalls and than pushing it back in. Any suggestions?
