I have one MARINER MERCURY 40 HP ELPTO 3 CYL, and my issue is that I only get spark on the top spark plug and not on the other ones. The stator and the CDM are alright. Everything indicates that the failure is located at the Revolution limiter. Is there a way to bypass this box...
