i have a stratos 201 pro with a johnson gt 200 running a 13 1/4 x 24 3 blade prop. prop blows out of water on breakover and still blows out on plane. any remedies or suggestions?

i have an 89 suzuki dt115 that i just bought a few days ago. the guy told me it is a 4 stroke motor but it has an oil bottle. i am guessing that this means it mixes the gas and oil. my question is do i use 4 cycle oil or 2 cycle oil
