HELLO, WE NEED HELP WITH A FORCE 125 HP 1987 ENGINE THAT #1 &3 CYLINDERS WON'T FIRE EVEN AFTER WE CHANGED COIL PACKS. tOOK A VOLTAGE READING, #1 IS SHOWING 36V, #2 IS 4V, #3 IS 14V #4 IS 4V. ANY SUGGESTIONS?? THANKS!!

We have a 1987 Force 120 outboard & # 1 & # 3 cylinders won't fire even after changing the coil packs. #1 has a voltage reading of 36v?? & #3 has a reading of 14v. All the while #2 &4 have 4 volts & are firing fine. Help!! Thanks!!
