    battery will not turn motor over

    I just moved my 70 hp evinrude to a center console and it cranked and ran on original boat but not on new one. I had to add wire to make it long enough. It will crank and run fine if you jump it off but not off battery alone. battery has 12.80 volt on multimeter. Any ideas? I think maybe...

    I have a ns140 and the lower unit went out and i cant find any 140 hp's. I see alot of ns90 90 hp can the lower unit interchange if the shaft size in the same?
