I just moved my 70 hp evinrude to a center console and it cranked and ran on original boat but not on new one. I had to add wire to make it long enough. It will crank and run fine if you jump it off but not off battery alone. battery has 12.80 volt on multimeter. Any ideas? I think maybe...
