Hi, I have a 1985 90 hp VRO outboard motor that doesnt suck fuel. I checked all the fuel system accesories (hoses, clamps, vents, etc.)and they were fine. Does this sound like a bad fuel pump? If so, how difficult is this to fix and do I need a specific fuel pump rebuilding kit or a new fuel...
