Probably a newbie dumb ? but I posted earlier with this prob that bottom & middle cyls run fine...top not...starts but stalls out in a few secs. I'm testing this without the intake manifold & air silencer on the unit...could that make any difference in whether this top cyl won't keep running...

This motor is running nice with muffs...also runs great at start, idle, etc out on the lake but when throttle up just can't give me any speed or force...I would guess it does about 1/2 of full throttle. Help...
