    Is there any thruth to the rumor that a 9.8 Tohatsu can be converted to a 15 by changing the carb?

    Tohatsu Lower Unit 9.8 - How to get Back On.

    Removed the lower unit on my Tohatsu 9.8 4 stroke. Serviced the impeller but now the lower unit won't go back on the leg. Gear shift shaft wont fit. Any step by step advice? Thanks.
