    Thank you, sir... I'm still struggling, tried a little heat too. It's really difficult to get at so I've been tapping an adjustable wrench with a hammer. Should I try some WD 40 overnight... or any other suggestions?

    Trying to get the old one out to correctly reference a replacement, probably a NFB cable since I'm doing this anyways... But I don't think I can get a new one in without disconnecting the steering tube/swivel block for room first, that's why I'm stuck at this point and need to figure this out first.
