I fixed it
I suspected an arc somewhere in the coil wires so I took the boots off and cleaned the contacts and covered them in heat shrink.
I also used liquid tape on the backs of the coils and where the wire comes out.
it fixed my problem
I wasn't getting any response on the other thread so i started this one..
I have struggled with this motor

Top cylinder isnt hitting.
Second down seems to be barely hitting.
3&4 hitting hard and good.
I can pull top 2 wires and motor still runs good.
I can see spark arcing from all 4 wires.. Carb bowls are full and jets clean.I can choke top carb with my hand and it spits gas and bogs down..so it...
