looking for help...in an attempt to re-install an alpha one sterndrive, we screwed up and managed to get the drive stuck so it won't go on and won't come off. any ideas of how to get the sterndrive off?

New 1989 Wellcraft-monaco owner. Does anyone know where to get a wiring diagram for this boat? We tried the Wellcraft site but the diagram is not specific enough.
