ok, so the plan is right now is to repair/replace the fuel pump. Repair: https://www.maxrules.com/fixomcvro-pump-repair-kit.php Replace (NON VRO2): https://maxrules.com/VRO_06-150.php And for the carbs, maybe for now just run some carb cleaner through it to see if that helps.

Does anyone recommend any troubleshooting ideas to help me determine one or the other? And the fuel pump is a VR02 oil injected pump that has had the oil line cut and capped. Do I need to get a VRO2 fuel pump or is a non VRO2 pump better for reliability?

Can anyone confirm to me that these are cable steer and not a hydraulic steer system? Just want to make sure before I go disconnecting things to replace these zerks
