Here's my problem I just received last weekend. Put a new 21 pitch prop on my 16 ft. Caddorette skimaster with a 135hp outboard to get more top end speed. At 30 mph I have steering. When i punch it and get it passed 40 mph i have no steering! when i go to turn Right, i can turn the wheel around...
