Hi I recently purchased a 1987 Searay 270 nd the lady knew nothing about it...her husband was the boater. But all my stuff works when I'm plugged intoShorepower but not when I'm unplugged?? Am I missing something?? It says there MIGHT be a generator but there isnt?? The lady said that it did...
I have done everything you can think of i get spark from both plugs...now i pulled the boot off plugs twice...first time kept runnin 2nd time died....think its fauly plugs or bad cylinoid?or whatever...im new at this.... :confused: Pulled from bottom plug...top one died both times.....

I get it goin in a bucket good....but when i get it in the water and put it in gear it dies or goes really really slow....like 1 cylinder is workin....both have spark carbs were cleaned...what else could it be? please throw anything that it could be.....My son really want s to go fishin this...
