    Yes the information helped us connect it. The downside is that the choke spring is (item 20 on the parts diagram) broken.

    hi, took carb off to clean and engine seemed to work after 10 or so attempts at starting. After 5 mins it cut out and couldn’t get it started again. suggestions? thanks

    It was all taken apart and when we test, the chamber inside (not the front chamber) the carburetor moves when the throttle is moved. Should both flaps move or just the inside one? However my question really relates to how the choke connects (as you have kindly marked in the picture). We will...

    Connect manual choke 1983 Evinrude
