    The original 9.9 carb has the choke flapper, but the 15hp does not

    Hello all, I recently bought a 15 hp carburetor off ebay, in great shape, but did not see where it said the carb had an electric choke before. My 9.9 choke was manual..my question is, how/can you convert from manual to electric. What all parts do I need. Any info would be greatly appreciated...
