I'm thinking of buying a kiekhaefer super 10 lighnting kf-7 to restore. Does anybody know if these motors are worth fixing up? Can they be tricked out at all? Thanks
Hi, I have a 1969 9.5 horse evinrude that doesn't seem to rev all the way up. It doesn't run good at full throttle unless the low speed screw is closed tight. Even then I think it should have more power. I can't plane out in my 12 ft boat! Is this normal? Of course I have to open the screw...
