I`ve got a 93 40HP tiller handle Yamaha that has the steering bar/arm on it,and it has a wingnut on the arm that is for tightening the steering( I guess?),but it`s as tight as it will go,and I can`t tell it`s donig anything. Any suggestions on what to try tighten this up? Tahnsk, Bassstrat
