I've got a 89 60 horse mercury. Yesterday wouldn't run worth a crap under 4800 RPM's cleaned the carbs last night and put new plugs in . now she won't even get up past 2200 at any range. did find something interesting in the carb though, the splash guard to the atmospheric jet has been broken...
