Hello am having this same problem. With my 99 batliner 5.0l mercruiser. And it's some time sound a beep . And with in a min it might do it again . I installed a new impeller kit hope it be that all seem ok . I changed it anyways. But still beep . I find at 10 km and 30 km . . Never in high...
They are very stable in the water I got a 205 bayliner 5.0 l . Top out 72 km . For me too fast . It more a cruise boat 25 to 35 km perfect speed no person is holding for life lol . I find it handle very well .
