    One more question, do I have to remove all the carbs at once or can I just take the top one off individually?

    If I disable the back drag by plugging those ports on the carbs would I have to do any re-jetting? I’m guessing low to midrange would run a bit richer which might be better anyway.

    Indeed it is a ’77, we found the plate under about 1/8” of grease…4701324

    Hi Everyone, I have an 1981 Evinrude 15, model E15ECIS. I am looking for a shop manual. I have seen quite a few 1981 manuals but none for my model number. I am wondering if I found one for say a 1980 E15CS would it be just the same or close enough? Does anyone have a source for these? Thanks!
