    2002 mercury 200 2 stroke -oil alarms when in waves /boat rocking side to side

    Jhad the oil tank cap float replaced-no alarms when in calm water. Motor runs as it should and pumps water well.Waves and side to side rocking cause the alarm to go off each time the boat rocks.

    Saltwater sitting in pontoon rotting from inside out

    just found saltwater had been sitting inside pontoon --just had a $$$ patch welded on rear wall of pontoon after discovering grey mushy film-am I too late? Is there anything to neutralize the salt residue inside the log?
