    Gimbal Bearing Tight

    1977 Mercruiser 228, 350 GM motor Hello, Installed a gimbal bearing. Used the proper driver, did not damage the races, yet very tight and won't turn freely. It appears seated up against the grease seal and grease is getting to the bearing. Any thoughts? Thanks.
