    25 HP Yamaha outboard won't turn over but pistons aren't siezed ?? Lower unit ??

    My 2003 25 HP Yamaha O/B stopped abruptly with a thud almost like I had hit something in the lake. I took off the cylinder head to inspect the pistons/cylinders and they are clean and smooth.     Matching Mercruiser 3.0L to Chevy car engine for parts

    I have a Mercruiser 3.0L that I had to order some exhaust valves for. I tried to find a car engine that matched so I could hopefully buy the Valves from an Auto parts store. I didn't have much luck. Is there a car engine that matches up for parts like the valves, Gaskets etc?

    84 Mariner 25HP Stalls under load

    I have a 1984 Mariner 25hp. It starts and revs in neutral but when I put it in gear and try to accelerate it stalls. It will idle in gear. I checked the carb which looks very clean and also the fuel supply line also seems fine. What should my next steps be? Thanks in advance!
