    2000 Johnson 50 prop shaft removal help

    Can anyone assist me with this please. I have removed the lower unit and am about to attempt to remove the prop shaft. However my manual (seloc) does not explain how to remove the shift rod. I assume that has to be disconnected so the prop shaft will remove. thanks in advance steve
