    question about wire gauge

    On 115 volt wires, there is lots of info on gauge, i.e 12 gauge for 20 amp, 10 gauge 30 amp, etc. Also charts for lenghts of wire and voltage drop. <br />Do the same amp rules apply at (stranded)12 volt applications?<br />Be happy enjoy life and rewire without electrical fires. Batavier

    Grandpa, age to take grandkids boating.

    This is probably a dumb question, but what age is it safe to take grandkids boating. Have a 16 ft aluminum fishing boat, reasonably good for two adults, and two kids. Grandkid ages 3,and 3 and 4. I am assuming an additional adult on board.<br />Since my kids pick up the tab at the restaurant now...
