I have an 83 Evinrude 60hp ELCTB. I saw a old post a while back suggesting what is needed and now I can't find it.
I want to buy a service manual, but i want to get it, the impeller and any gaskets, etc. all at the same time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What all does my alarm, alarm me of?
Just overheating? Or other problems as well?
My bulb will not firm up when priming, so hopefully a new one will stop the alarm?

There is a 3 hole plug below the key, do I just need a plug for a tach (and the tach)?
Where might I find a model number for these controls and who might have a plug?
Also, I'm guessing the rusty piece "pop riveted" over the safety...
