    1974 7.5 Tiller Handle Question

    Can't solve Reverse Lock Issue - at wits end

    Had new impeller put on by merc mechanic - took the boat out reverse worked fine then later on the same trip the socket broke on the end of the linkage and I had no reverse or neutral. I took it back to the same mechanic and he removed the lower unit and starter and fixed it (or so I thought)...

    Mercury 25 Gas Tank Connection

    Hi, I have a 2005 25 Merc - can I direct connect the fuel line to the gas tank? I don't like the old style quick disconnect that connects the fuel line to the tank. Also, can I shorten the fuel line - does it make any difference - probably a stupid question but I'm kinda new at this stuff...

    2005 Mercury 25 not pumping water
