The starter won't crank at all. I can hear the solenoid plunger clicking once. I also tested the voltage between the 2 big terminals on the solenoid. The voltage drops off when I try to crank, so looks like the solenoid is OK. I tried to jump the 2 terminals directly, nothing happens.. What...
