I have a 1988 Stratos with a 48 hp. Evinrude . The steering is very stiff. I would like any info on replacing the steeering cable . It has the Teleflex rack and pinion system with only one cable. How does it disconnect from the engine and the steering wheel ? Is this a job for the average...
