I don't think so but guess it could be a fuel issue. I had all the injectors, flow tested, they replaced the filters in them, o-rings etc and then re-tested and were good. I used the Diacomm software to fire each injector and I hear the audible ticking noise for each one.

I know this is an old thread, but I am having almost identical issues. Did you ever get anywhere with it? I've got the diacomm software also and have done some logs.
