I just acquired a 2000 Honda BF8a Four Stroke outboard. I cant seem to get it started!! I am new to this outboard and know very little about it.
The emergency stop key is in.... Fuel primed and getting to the carb bowl.....choke on...made sure it is in neutral..... tiller set to start...
