I have the classic fifty 45hp 87 or 88 motor. I got it for free it needed water pump so i got that replaced, the motor runs but when i start going full throttle it acts like its not getting gas so it slows down then speeds up. But if im going a slower speed it doesn't do it. And does anyone no...
