Thanks. Fuel delivery is good, tested multiple tanks, pulled line off the carb and can see the fuel pump working. Im thinking the float valve must be sticking closed. Does that make sense? Like i pump it up and just enough gas gets to the jet to get it started but then the needle sticks closed...
