I have a sea ray with twin 165hp 6's. We just rebuilt both engines and bought NEW complete outdrives. (1 of them counter rotate) With this we are installing the rebuilt gimbals and decided to upgrade the interupt switches do to their in operational status.

I have 2 1977 165hp mercruisers that are being rebuilt. The company that dipped the blocks removed the oilm pump pressure relief spring and discarded them. I cant find any where that has them listed .... help!!!!!
any body have the mercruiser part number?:confused:
Ive been on the searay web site and all of their pics show the windshield normal (towards the back of the boat) mine is angled forward ( I love it ) but I can not find any documentation on it any help? any body have a sundancer (1977) with twin 165hp 6 cyl owners manual?
I bought a 1977 Searay 24' sundancer this past may. Ran it all season to find its quirks. I know I have to rebuild both outdrives as they are problematic in shifting etc.
Both engines run ok, bu have various problems that I need to address. Starters, Oil Leak, etc. Both motors running WOT run...
