Starts second pull with choke full out Idles high for 8-10 sec then begins to die but keeps going off another 10 seconds if I pump choke once Once warm, I can put choke in and give fuel ... Seems to run well on,y if I pump choke one every 10-15 seconds Had carb cleaned last year Any thoughts?

Has fuel, new plugs After multiple starting attempts... Upper plug wet with evidence of firing - discolouring Lower plud also has fuel but looks new with no evidence that it has fired Looked at older plugs - they were new also and look the same Could it be coil pack?
1999 50 hp Johnson just tuned, has spark, fresh fuel, won't start. Carbs were cleaned. Turns.over strong. I pulled plugs - they were wet - so gas is pumping. Dried them off. Still won't fire. Trailer not operable right now or would take back to mechanic. Any suggestions?
